Will our parents adopt a new app?
Parents don't need to install anything. They get SMS reminders, email digests, and a web link to RSVP / pay. Same experience or simpler than what they're used to — just bilingual when it needs to be.
What about our Spanish-speaking families?
Bilingual is the whole point. Round-trip auto-translation: coach writes English, Spanish parents read Spanish; Spanish parents text back in Spanish, coach reads English in their inbox. How does payment work — do you hold our money?
